AiM MyChron 6 Kart Racing Data Logger

AiM MyChron 6 Data Logger

The AiM MyChron 6 is an advanced data logger for competitive kart racing. It features a single temperature input, wider display, Bluetooth connectivity for heart rate monitoring, a second AUX CAN connection, a 6-axis IMU for measuring steering wheel angle, and Wi-Fi or USB connectivity to a PC. These upgrades make it faster and easier for drivers to analyze performance and understand kart setup.

The upgraded screen offers multiple background color options, Bluetooth connectivity, and an internal rechargeable lithium battery with up to 20 hours of continuous use. The sixth-generation MyChron integrates advanced technologies such as high-precision GPS. Bluetooth connectivity:
Seamless connectivity with the advanced Bluetooth module in the MyChron6. If you want to measure your heart rate while racing, it can now be done. Simply connect your MyChron6 via Bluetooth to the heart rate monitor and look the data on-screen or download them after the race. Compatible with the most common heart rate monitor on the market.

3D accelerations and gyro
The 6-axis 50 Hz Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) measures acceleration in the forward-backward, up-down and right-left directions and the angular velocity in the
kart's pitch, roll and yaw directions, then calculates and relays that information in real-time to MyChron6.

MyChron6 features an internal, high precision, 25 Hz four navigation satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo) receiver and an internal database including information about the track: just switched ON, it automatically recognizes the track and gets the information about the Starting Line Position and the Time Zone. The precision of the calculated Lap Times is 1/100 of second.
