Pro Touring Sport Series - SFI Rated

Pro-Touring Sport Driver Cooling Shirt, Single layered SFI rated material supporting flexible, thermally conductive cooling veins - the Pro Touring Sport Series is our lightweight, mid-tier cooling shirt perfectly designed to be worn under a racing suit.

The "Sport" is the lite version of the Pro Touring, meaning that it is similar in every way except lighter and purposefully thinner, only consisting of one layer of SFI rated material. When worn beneath a racing suit, ideal cooler temperatures are trapped inside the suit between the layer of suit and cooling shirt, creating a micro-climate to keep you cool and comfortable.

Systems that require ice are often too cold for efficient cooling, causing the capillaries just below the skin’s surface to close, slowing blood flow on its route back to the core. Ice-based systems give the the perception of cooling by changing the temperature of the surface of the skin without actually lowering the body’s temperature.

Heat exhaustion can break your focus and cause you to make mistakes, which in the racing world can be fatal. The structured cooling vein design of ChillOut Systems’ garments chill down to your core even at temperatures closer to ambient (55º F optimum), cooling the whole body and boosting your mental focus.

This fire-rated cooling shirt is specifically designed to contour perfectly to your torso, simulating a second skin, keeping the cooling veins tucked closely around your body.

Note: Shirts require a Dual Prong Adaptor to connect to Chillout Cooling systems. Shirts do not come with any connectors.
Note: These shirts work very well and are preferred by many drivers using other "ice-based" Driver Cooling Systems. If you are using other systems you will want to purchase the appropriate COOLSHIRT adapters below.
